Restoring selected folder just gives empty directory structure

Am trying to restore a particular folder (and all it's files/subfolders) after reformatting my computer.

 

Retrospect creates the folder structure exactly where it is supposed to be, but not a single file actually goes into it.

 

Searching around these forums, I see some suggestions that a "member" might be missing.

 

So, I went to Configure -> Backup Sets -> Properties -> Members -> Properties.

 

I do not see anything there to indicate that something is "missing." Both checkboxes ("This member is lost or damaged", "Skip this member") are NOT checked.

 

Any ideas??
