Can't backup over network

I bought an Iomega ScreenPlay Pro HD wich cames with EMC Retrospect HD 2.5.

 

First, I tried to backup using USB connection, it worked very well.

 

After, I tried to backup using a network connection.

At the begining of the process, where I should define the storage disk, I was asked for a password, then I used the same username and password I logged in Windows XP (I'm not sure if it's right).

 

The backup process started but hangs after coping 2MB of data.

Does anybody knows how to fix this problem? I'm intended to use the backup only over the network.
