Api Error 1010

Hello,

 

when i try to backup several mailboxes i get on one Mailbox the following Error.

 

Durchsuchen unvollständig, Fehler -1010 (fehlerhafte API-Anforderung)

 

and the backup for this mailbox fails

 

Im using Retrospect 7.6.123 Win

Exchange2003 Enterprise

Hello,

 

the error only occurs on one specific mailbox,

 

and yes i have followed the link and created a special user with appropriate rights for the backup.

If it only happens to one mailbox, then something could be wrong with that mailbox. Have you tried running any exchange mailbox repair tools on that mailbox?

 

If you clone that mailbox into another account, do you get errors backing up the copy of that mailbox?

i moved the mailbox to another storage group. This process checks the integrity of the mailbox

I had no problems moving the mailbox.

 

why should i copy the mailbox into another account ?

I have no sign that there is a problem with the account.

It allows you to see if the error happens when the data is copied from another mailbox. If other mailboxes can be copied, then that mailbox contains something that is causing trouble.
