Express 7.5 1102 Error

I've been using Retrospect Express for Windows 7.5 for a year and half without incident, but after Norton AV cleaned up a problem this weekend, my scripts don't run and an 1102 error message is generated: can't access volume [x] on Local Disk (C:), error -1102 (drive missing/unavailable). I've tried recreating the scripts and reinstalling the software (although I can't seem to shake my data file), but the same problem recurs. Any suggestions?

The volume may be appearing twice in the list of sources. You may need to make sure you are selecting the available version not the one that is grayed out.
