kfr
I run Retrospect Express HD for Windows 2.5.125 since months without any problem. Two days ago one of the discs in a raid 1 system crashed. After rebuliding the raid system, retrospect stopped working with an error message (sry, in german): Normales Backup mit DirectBackup am 07.08.2009 09:42 nach Backup-Set RestorePoint... *Container KFRVISTA-PC in 3 Volumes aufgelöst: Lokales Laufwerk (C:) Volume (D:) HDDRIVE2GO (I:) -07.08.2009 09:42:34: Kopieren von Lokales Laufwerk (C:) Fehler beim Abgleich von Lokales Laufwerk (C:) mit RestorePoint, Fehler -641 (Chunk-Prüfsumme stimmt nicht überein) -07.08.2009 09:47:45: Kopieren von Volume (D:) Fehler beim Abgleich von Volume (D:) mit RestorePoint, Fehler -641 (Chunk-Prüfsumme stimmt nicht überein) -07.08.2009 09:48:10: Kopieren von HDDRIVE2GO (I:) Fehler beim Abgleich von HDDRIVE2GO (I:) mit RestorePoint, Fehler -641 (Chunk-Prüfsumme stimmt nicht überein) 07.08.2009 09:48:13: Ausführung unvollständig Gesamtdauer: 00:05:38 (00:05:37 Leerlauf/Warten/Vorbereiten) Catalog seems to be fine. Any idea?
Mayoff
It looks like a corrupt catalog file. Delete the .rbc file on the backup disk and the software will rebuild it.
cj
I have the same problem. Retrospect saves only the Exchange. All folders have the warning -641 (Chunk-Prüfsumme stimmt nicht überein) I created a new backup and when i choose my folders and the target i can click on preview and then the issue is the same. All updates are integrated. Can anybody help me?
