Disk Full message

I am using Retrospect version 7.5.387.

Once a week I duplicate some of my important files to an external MyBook using the "copy" feature. I had no problems for months but all of a sudden one of the files can not be copied anymore. I am getting a message that says "File X: can't write, error 1115 (disk full).

The point is that the disk is far from being full.

File X is only 17 GIG large, while the destination MyBook has 631 GIG free!

Could anyone help?
