davidhart99
I have Retrospect Express ver. 7.5.251. I used to get automatic updates until one broke a script, so I have stayed with this version. I have a duplicate script that quickly copies files and then spends about 30 minutes "duplicating state information." Is this an essential part of the duplicate process? I unchecked the flag to copy NTFS info, thinking this was the cause, but it's not. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
rhwalker
filesystem metadata It all depends on whether such stuff is important for you, depending on your backup policy requirements.
davidhart99
Thanks for the reply. I really just care about having my files backed up. I don't see a way to turn off this state information backup. Is there one?
