Retrospect Version 7.6.123 Driver Update & Hot Fix 7.6.2.101 OS - Mircosoft Windows Server 2003 HDD Space - Over 1TB left for data files and over 38GB left for C:\ Over the last couple of days we have been experiencing the below error message when trying to run 'Proactive Backups' Sorry, can't save configuration, error -802 (typed-space is corrupt) The above error message is stopping any form of backup to be made on the server. I have reinstalled the above Retrospect version & hotfixes but I still get this problem. How do I fix this error please? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Mayoff Posted May 19, 2009 Report Share Posted May 19, 2009 It sounds like you could have a corrupt config75.dat file. You may want to try closing Retrospect, remove the config75 files from the Retrospect folder in Application data and try running Retrospect again.
