curioffl
This morning I had 68 waiting jobs to 'Delete' (one by one because Retrospect does not appear to allow selection of multiple jobs under the "Waiting" tab, or have a "Delete All") (because instead of sending mail when the share some backups write to disappeared for a reboot, Retrospect sent up 'need login/password' for all of its available processes). As I deleted the jobs though, new ones would pop up to take their place. It was as though there were more like 100 jobs and maybe the "Waiting" tab doesn't tell the whole story of jobs waiting. Should this happen again, is there anything that will make "Waiting" reflect all waiting jobs in advance, and/or some file somewhere that could be deleted to keep the number at 68? Lennart_T
The "Waiting" pane will not show duplicates. If a script will run every day, it is show for the first day only. When you delete that first entry, the next day's backup pops up.
