acrobat Posted August 27, 2002 Report Share Posted August 27, 2002 hi... i have a sony cd-rw with memory stick slot. this comes with retrospect 5.5 express which has worked fine. i am having problems with retrospect 6.0. it seems to do the backup and then when building the disk image it seems to stay there and do nothing for a long time and i have to force quit the application. anyone else having/had the same problem? any solutions? thanks andre Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

acrobat Posted August 28, 2002 Author Report Share Posted August 28, 2002 ummm... probably about 5-10 minutes at the most. the hard disk seems to stop doing things and so i assume it's having problems or trying to finish? should i be waiting longer? will i have to go through this every time i backup? thanks!
