I'm furious that I bought a product with virtually no support. I use Apple products - SUPERB SUPPORT. Dell - FANTASTIC. HP - THE BEST. This Product - EMC Retrospect - and lack of support SUCKS. I am not thrilled reading the above messages, and the fact that no moderator or technician has offered any help. I am thinking seriously of returning this product, if it's even possible.
