I know that previous releases had an issue where the Meta Data would not be backed up correctly. Does Retrospect 8 officially support XSan volumes? Mayoff Posted March 23, 2009 Report Share Posted March 23, 2009 Retrospect no longer uses dirID's. Retrospect is now path based. Xsan is supported and was tested during a visit to Apple. We would love to hear your feedback on how things work in your environment. We know that many Xsan environments are huge and beyond what we could directly test.
