algasys Posted March 21, 2009 Report Share Posted March 21, 2009 (edited) Hello Everybody, I just bought an Iomaga externe HD and I also installed Retrospect express with the last update. I have 2 questions and I don't wish to pay for something that should be take charge by the EMC softwriter men! More I encounter some errors in the help menu: all the link move an % to the browser. So I was not able to go to the support or the website. So I write to the customer service because I guess I have the right to have a better service just after install and never used the soft. The other question is: what may I do with the folder "retrospect 7.6" that the install process created in my donwload folder? I thank you by advence (advance?).
