outlook.ost files not backing up

I'm using Retrospect Multi Server 7.6.123 with 7.5 clients on workstations running Windows XP. I found out that current outlook.ost files are not being backed up for any Windows users. I have the Open File Backup option. What can I do to get the outlook.ost files to backup from each workstation?

What are you using as the selector? What does the log say for the backup attempt. By default these files are NOT excluded from backup.

The selector is "All Files Except Cache Files"

Most of our backups complete with "Execution completed successfully".

If the backups that omit the .ost files end that way, then I say there is something wrong with the selector as it apparently excludes .ost files.
