jmoore1941 Posted March 10, 2009 Report Share Posted March 10, 2009 I am having the same problem. Using OEM Express Ver 7.6.123, OEM update 7.6.2.01. Running Windows XP. I was able to make the initial backup but get the error noted for subsequent update attemps. Windows explorer does see the volume but Retrospect reports the error and hangs.
