Normal files, not .RDB??

Hi!

I just installed Retrospect Express and made my first backup. I noticed that the backup is visible on my backup HDD as multiple .RDB files. I used another backup software before that made a simple backup where the original files where directly visible in the backup directoy. In this way, you could directly access specific backed up files, and not having to restore the entire backup directory first. Is this not possible in Retrospect Express???

Is it not possible to choose not to use rdb-files but "just" make a 1:1 copy of the backup??

And just on a sidenote: if I set Retrospect to do 1 backup each day of a directoy, will it make new backups each day on my backup HDD until it is full, or will it make one new backup each day for 10 days (like other backup software) and thereafter remove number 1 before making number 11 (so only 10 "depths" och backup are available).

So, my questions in short:

1) Can I set Retrospect to skip using RDB-files and make normal 1:1 backup?

2) Can I change how many new backups Retrospect makes before it deletes the oldest one??

Thanx!
