In my case I have a perminent online client backup so staff can recover their own files as they need to - or that was the theory. However, in the evening any proactive backups are duplicated over to the daily rotated drives which are then taken offsite. When a user attempts to restore files Retrospect seems to ALWAYS choose these rotated drives for the source (which are not mounted), instead of the perminent drive.
