Jbaumgartner Posted January 15, 2009 Report Share Posted January 15, 2009 I have Maxtor One touch II. Performed many comprehensive backups on windows xp laptop. Laptop died. Have new Mac laptop. Have installed Parallels and Windows XP. Have copied entire contents of external hard drive onto laptop. Copied file of Retrospect Restore Points onto desktop of XP and installed Retrospect HD 1.1.127? When I run, says 0 restore points. How do I get it to see the restore points that I have copied? I can attach hard drive if needed. I have also double clicked on one of the restore points and opened with Retrospect but nothing happens. Help.
