radamo
We've got 2 Windows 2003 sp2 Enterprise Servers in a MSCS cluster running the retrospect client 7.6.106. The shared storage is provided by a compellent SAN via iscsi. The backup's per retrospect are running and finishing just fine, But we just noticed that the event viewer is filled with the following error's during the backup window Event Type: Error Event Source: VSS Event Category: None Event ID: 8194 Date: 1/5/2009 Time: 8:19:17 PM User: N/A Computer: NTCLUSTER1 Description: Volume Shadow Copy Service error: Unexpected error querying for the IVssWriterCallback interface. hr = 0x80070005. When i query VSS the writer, it lists the following error. Any information you could share would be very helpful. Thanks Rob Edited January 6, 2009 by Guest

Lennart_T
Any help here?/bump This is a user to user forum and there is probably little experience running clusters. You may buy a "support incident" if you don't have a support contract. Payment refunded if it is a bug.
