error 1102

Hello.

Retrospect Express doesn't recognize any of my drives. After setting up the program for a backup, an error 1102 is prompted, the settings are erased and I'm back to the Welcome panel.

Express used to work well before. I have the latest version on XP. I uninstalled the program, suppressed the local settings folder, changed the name of the backup folder on the destination HD, but it was of no avail.
