tloi Posted December 9, 2008 Report Share Posted December 9, 2008 (edited) We just installed restrospect 7.6 and quantum SCCI superloader 3 with LTO-3 drive. We can only see "Quantum Ultrium 3 DC (RAID 1:5:0)" in the device but no tape. There are 8 LTO-2 tapes in the magazine but that are not showing up in the devices nor showing any library. How do I use retrospect 7.6 with this superloader? Any information on where to start would be much appreciate. thanks. PS. In the environment tab of devices, it shows ID=1:5:0, Vendor=Quantum, Product=Ultrium 3, Version= 2076, and driver=Quamtum Ultrium 3 DC (1.41) if that means something.
