Can't save Catalog File, error -1103 (write protected)

I get this error now. If I rerun the script it works sometimes. I have 6 sources and it will fail or pass randomly any of them. There seems to be no reason at all.

 

Thoughts?

This is for a backup to disk rather than tape, is this really an error and what is the impact?

This is a stand-alone machine and the security permissions have "Everyone" having full control. I can see that each individual RDB file is set as read-only - is that right?
