When restoring files only folders are restored. HELP!

Hello,

 

I am trying to restore a directory of files. It shows the selected files. I select them but then it only restores the folders and not their contents. You can see the files in the restore window and they are selected. Below are some screen shots that may help show where I am stuck.

 

How can i restore the files along with the folders?

You have a backup member marked as missing in the members tab of the backup set properties for this backup set.

Go to configure>Backup sets. Get properties on the backup set. Click Members. Unmark the member as missing.

That seems odd. The stars next to the file name can only mean those files are located on a member that is marked as missing. Does your set display more then one member?

If this problem still exists, you may need to perform a catalog rebuild from the tools menu to try and correct it.

Which option? I back everything up to hard drive for the particular files we are working with.

 

"update existing catalog files, recreate from tapes, recreate from disks, etc, repair file backup set?"
