Empty Exchange Mailbox Volume

Small Business Server 2003 SP2

Retrospect Small Business Server Standard

Version 7.6.111

Driver Update and Hot Fix, version 7.6.1.101

 

When I view my Volumes, the Exchange Mailboxes is empty. The backup log states the container was empty (had no volumes).

 

I have already looked this up in the knowledge base. The only article I received said to verify the log in credentials. Already done. Still no mailboxes.

 

Does anyone have an answer for this.

I hate to top old posts, but I'm having the exact same problem with a copy of Retrospect 7.6 on SBS SP2.

 

I've followed all the steps listed here http://kb.dantz.com/display/2/index.asp?c=&cpc=&cid=&cat=&catURL=&r=0.3722345 to the letter. I still see no mailboxes. I'm backing up Exchange 2003. I can get the first storage group sucessfully, but no mailboxes.

I couldn't get anything from this link http://kb.dantz.com/display/2/index.asp?c=&cpc=&cid=&cat=&catURL=&r=0.3722345, but I've followed all of the steps that I've found specified and I'm having the same problem on a Server 2003 R2 (fully patched) with Exchange 2003 Enterprise using Retrospect 7.6.111.

 

I've set up a RBU id and done everything I can think of, Why can't I see the individual Mailboxes?
