Urgent help needed please.

Your Retrospect preferences may be corrupted. Try renaming the Retrospect folder in all users\application data and try Retrospect again, which will now use all new settings.

Think i found it.

 

Loose on c:\ there is a hidden folder "programdata" and within that there is a retrospect folder. deleting that treats retrospect as a new install and asks for serial numbers and everything again.
