edkao Posted August 26, 2008 Report Share Posted August 26, 2008 Hi, I have a Dual 2.66 Mac Pro, running OSX Server 10.5.4, ATTO UL5D card, Retrospect Server 6.1.230, Driver update 6.1.15.101, Quantum LTO3 HH. Retrospect only sees the internal DVD burner and not the LTO3. System Profiler sees the UL5D card, and I installed the latest driver from ATTO website. Is there something I am overlooking? Not trying to be difficult, but these posts persist for years. Months from now, "latest driver" won't mean anything to someone trying to solve their problem. And we have seen numerous cases in these forums where someone keeps insisting that they have the "latest" version when they don't. You also don't say what version of the ATTO firmware you have on your UL5D. Use the ATTO Configuration Tool (current config tool is 3.17) to show the driver and firmware versions. What does System Profiler show for attached devices on the UL5D? You only say that System Profiler shows the card itself.
