nathans
I'm unable to back up our Exchange mailboxes. The backup goes by almost instantly and shows 'Script "Immediate Backup" incomplete'. My next step was to unlicense and relicense the Exchange add-on. After that, the mailbox list was empty. Here is one more key piece of information: When we installed Retrospect, the Exchange Information Store was on C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\MDBDATA. We recently moved the Information Store to another drive -- it's now on D:\Exchange\MDBDATA. How can we back up our mailboxes? I've included a debug log from one of the failed backups. The error is "mlocPoll: not our volume". Mayoff
What version of Exchange? What operating system version? What version of Retrospect? Have you configured everything using these steps: http://kb.dantz.com/article.asp?article=9633&p=
nathans
Thanks for the link. I followed the instructions, then unlicensed and relicensed Exchange and it works. I don't know what happened. It had been working for a long time. Regards, Nate Edited July 17, 2008 by Guest
