Retro Client 6.2.229 not visible on network

Earlier, Robin asked:


What is the status of the client when you open the client UI after this problem?

to which you replied:


Client is ON and Status is READY.


And then posted a top output that did not have retroclient listed.


This does not make sense, as the only way the "On" radio button of the Retrospect Client application would be highlighted is if retroclient (or pitond on earlier clients) were in fact alive.


Was this just a mistaken report? Or are you saying that at the time that the client in question was not being seen by the server in question, the client application showed "On" and "Ready"?
