Rothgarr
We bought a few 160GB External mini-drives made by Apricorn for use with Retrospect Workgroup edition for Mac. These are the drives. They are great drives (very portable) but Retrospect refuses to back up to them. I'm positive I have set up the backup sets correctly but when Retrospect is ready to start copying the data it tells me to choose another destination? Is there any reason why these drives won't work? And is there a compatibility list somewhere? I did a quick search and came up empty. Thanks!
Mayoff
Have you followed the directions or reviewed the training video? http://kb.dantz.com/article.asp?article=1005&p=2 If you are doing these exact steps, then please let us know what "won't work" specifically. rhwalker
We bought a few 160GB External mini-drives made by Apricorn for use with Retrospect Workgroup edition for Mac. How are these disks formatted? When the drive mounts, highlight the icon in Finder, do a "Get Info", report what the Finder shows for "Format:" (or post a screen shot of the Get Info window). I bet you need to use Disk Utility to format them as HFS+ (Mac OS Extended (Journaled)). Russ
