In the end, I think screenshots would speak a 1000 words and would really help us understand what is going on.

 

I really do want to help, but I am just confused. Sometimes a phone call to Tech Support can solve a problem like this in just a few minutes, while writing the issue in a forum won't make much progress due to the complex configuration.
