dfitzgerald
I've been using Retrospect without problems for several years. Suddenly after I came back from vacation, I am seeing backups to one (and so far only one) of my clients hanging in the "Closing ..." state. The log says the backup is complete, but I had to reboot to get Retrospect to start the next script: + Normal backup using Daily Dennis at 1/3/2008 9:31 PM To Backup Set Backup Set E... - 1/3/2008 9:31:18 PM: Copying Drive C (C:) on Dennis 1/3/2008 9:31:18 PM: Connected to Dennis 1/4/2008 3:21:16 AM: Snapshot stored, 237.0 MB 1/4/2008 3:22:17 AM: Comparing Drive C (C:) on Dennis 1/4/2008 10:23:48 AM: Execution completed successfully Completed: 554465 files, 88.8 GB, with 17% compression Performance: 256.3 MB/minute (305.1 copy, 221.0 compare) Duration: 12:52:29 (01:03:50 idle/loading/preparing) Location of backup report is C:\Documents and Settings\All Users.WINDOWS\Application Data\Retrospect\Backup Report.utx. + Retrospect version 6.5.382 Launched at 1/4/2008 1:16 PM + Retrospect Driver Update, version 5.4.110 Note that execution completed at 10:23:48AM, but the next execution didn't start till I rebooted around 1:16PM. It was sitting saying it was "Closing..." in the interim. Does anybody have any ideas about what could cause this? Or how to fix it? Thanks.
