alberg22 Posted March 7, 2002 Report Share Posted March 7, 2002 I am trying to backup a 4 G internal hard drive to a file in a 40 G LaCie external Hard Drive. I am using an iMAC running MAC OS 9.1 with 256 Mb RAM. The external LaCie drive is recognized by the system. However when attempting a file backup, the size of the backup file is limited to 2 G. Information on backing up to HD in the Dantz support section indicates that different file sizes apply to different FATs but this information seems to pertain only to PCs running Windows. I would like to perform incremental backups for the entire internal HD and would greatly appreciate any help in this respect. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
