error -1102 recurs everytime and no mailboxes to restore

Can't access volume Local Disk, error -1102 (drive missing/unavailable)

 

Keeps showing up every night. There is one of those for every Mailbox that is being backed up. Additionally it mentions that the mailbox is backing up, but if you go to restore a mailbox there are NONE to restore. The database "First Storage group" backs up, but I can't choose a mailbox to restore.

 

I read the article that says to release the license and redo it again and I do, but the error just keeps recurring. Does anyone know why? We have Small Business Server 2003 and the Retrospect SBS 2003 Premium package.
