raydec Posted September 18, 2007 Report Share Posted September 18, 2007 Why, when I take a backup using Retrospect Pro/Windows v7.5.387 is the catalog file stored on the drive that I am backing up, as opposed to the media that I am backing up to? If I ever lose my hard drive and have to run a disaster recovery scenario, the catalog file will not be found on the backup media. I'll then be force to rebuild the catalog. This doesn't make sense.
