Exchange Backup Not Running Deferred

Hi ALL,

i have been ripping my hair out in regards to this. I have installed Retrospect on a server, teh Exchange directory sits on another server. We have a dedicated server running Retrospect.

i have installed Retrospect, it finds my server and can see the mailboxes. i then create a schedule file to run everyday at 8pm, to backup all the mailboxes. But everytime i run the backup now feature it fails and the script becomes deferred. It gets stuck at different mailboxes in the log. so i remove that user mailbox and start again, then it goes and gets stuck on another mailbox. Even then the schedule does not run automantically. does anyone have any ideas? of where i should start looking at this?

And can someone briefly explain what the proactive backup is. it is started but not sure if it is working.

It gets this far. as you can see the last email box is Hollie Diss, but if i remove Hollie Diss from the backup, it randomly stops at another one.

At least you didn't get the "T-628: TMailboxFolder::OpenEntry: bad hr = 0x8004010f" error.

Try creating a new script and see if it will run automatically.

(You have a very unusual error, so I'm clutching at straws here.)
