ua-it
I have some files on a Red Hat box that have the greek letter μ in them, and Retrospect refuses to back them up giving me a 'can't read, error -1101 (file/directory not found)'. Any idea on how to fix this (other than changing the file names).
glaviolette
Same here. I'm running 7.5.387 w/Driver Update and Hot Fix v7.5.11.100 with Linux backup client v7.5.112 The filenames I'm having issues with have the letter "ö" (U+00F6: Latin Small Letter 0 with Diaersis) and "é" (U+00E9 Latin Small Letter E with Acute). Exact same error message: File "filepath": can't read, error -1101 (file/directory not found) Help!
glaviolette
I called TS (now that I finally have a support contract) about an -1101 error I was having on a mac client and mentioned this similar issue with this Linux client and got a solution... I also found the same solution in this thread: http://forums.dantz.com/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat=&Number=67073&Main=64334
