7.0 ->7.5.387 woes...

So I have a complete system running 7.0:

1. XP machine running disk-to-disk backing up...

2. Win2K3 machine running client

3. XP machine running client

 

I have licences for disk-to-disk, client 1-pack, server client 1-pack.

 

I upgrade to 7.5.

I purchase upgrade for server client 1-pack.

Website claims no upgrade exists for my client 1-pack license. Still haven't gotten this resolved with EMC.

 

Upgrade my XP machine (1) above.

Go to client list, click to upgrade. Whoops, won't work.

 

Go to client (2), uninstall 7.0 client, install 7.5 client. Go to (1), delete client for (2) and add (2) again. I get prompted for server client licence. The new one works. but when I try to establish a subvolume, it requests a client pack license. This is a step backwards.

 

I'm totally stuck. I can't get a 7.5 license upgrade for my client 1-pack and my 7.5 server client license won't let me create subvolumes.

 

Any ideas?
