ua-it Posted May 25, 2007 Report Share Posted May 25, 2007 We just recently added a 2TB HD to our backup system, and i moved a bunch of backup sets over to it. I just used windows to do this, and pointed the backup set to the new disc. I then deleted the backup sets off the original disc, but then disc space available on the original disc has not gone up at all. Seeing as how these backup sets take up almost 200 G, im wondering if retrospect is doing something like reserving space on the original HD for these backup sets even though they are not there anymore.
