RL8-CR8-INNOV8 Posted April 25, 2007 Report Share Posted April 25, 2007 I have Retrospect Client 7.0 installed on an XP box. I have installed and reinstalled several times. When launching the Client it is turned to the "Off" radio button and greyed out. The Status says "Client networking not available, or service not running..." When I go to the Service and try to start it, it says "Error 2, can not locate specified file" When going to regedit to delete the service, it is not listed or I am unsure of the exact service name.
