macraider Posted April 10, 2007 Report Share Posted April 10, 2007 I'm trying to backup my documents (literally "My Documents" in Windows), where I store my personal data files. I have tested the backup and it works (excluding music and videos). I'm not sure I understand the scheduling. I am backing up to disk (a NAS) and I want to: a. Backup daily b. Start fresh each week (for restore efficiency) c. Save one full copy of my data each month (that doesn't get overwritten) Currently my schedule looks like this: New Backup Set backup to CT-Documents Every month on the 1st Saturday, starting 4/7/2007 at 12:01 PM Normal backup to CT-Documents Every day, starting 4/11/2007 at 12:01 PM Recycle backup to CT-Documents Every week on Saturday, starting 4/14/2007 at 12:01 PM Please see Schedule Image for a screenshot of this.
