vschafer Posted April 5, 2007 Report Share Posted April 5, 2007 Has anyone been able to backup using Retro Pro on Vista Bus.? I've tried both 7.5.324 and 7.5.370. Errors are -1017 insufficient perms., logged in with admin rights, have same rights on drives it is trying to backup. Also get an error -1010 API request bad. Drive is NTFS. With version 370 I was not able to configure preferences "run retro as specified user". I reinstalled to version 324 but I still can't get by the errors. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Backing up folders and directories to another internal harddrive and to a USB attached one. Haven't tried to configure 'run retro as specified user'. FWIW, 324 is not supported on Vista.
