shart
My customer has an Exchange 5.5 box with NT4, wants to upgrade it to Windows 2000, is using (as he tells me, I'm not familiar with Dantz' prodcuts) Dantz Retrospect 1.0 to backup the Exchange. My plan is simply to run the 2000 upgrade - is there anything additional I need to do with Dantz Retrospect? Thanks, Steve
ChuckS
If only the operating system is moving to 2000, and Exchange will remain at version 5.5, the Exchange Agent version 1.0 does not need to be upgraded. If, though, the client is upgrading Exchange to 2000, they will require Exchange Agent version 1.2, as this added support for the later version of Exchange.
