susiefloosie Posted February 3, 2007 Report Share Posted February 3, 2007 Hi, I have bought a Maxtor One Touch III hard drive which comes with Retrospect Express HD - it is installed and working fine. I have also bought and installed Retrospect 7.5. However, after running my first backup using Retrospect 7.5, now I cannot view the partitions on the Maxtor HD - the Maxtor One Touch s/w says the disk is not partitioned.
