anson
i am running retrospect workgroup server on a windows box. I am trying to backup a linux box that is about 450 gigs. Each machine has 2 gigs of ram. But right before I am able to backup, it does a preview of what it is going to backup, during this time, about 15 mins. into previewing, i get a message saying not enough memory error code -625. Any insight into which machine is running out of memory or a work around would be very helpful. TIA
natew
Hi Your only free option is to divide up the source disk when you back it up. You can do this using the "subvolume" feature. The best solution is an upgrade to Retrospect 7. It has some major memory management improvements. Thanks nate
