Guest Posted May 21, 2002 Report Share Posted May 21, 2002 I was wondering if anyone out there would be able to help me with my Retrospect Email Notificaiton. I'm using the script that it comes with and have entered all my information into it using Notepad as an editor. I then copied it into the Retrospect folder. It does not work. In Retrospect a black window comes up briefly from time to time, but not mails are ever recieved. In the mail log I am getting an error 503. I've looked at the troubleshooting information on Dantz's site, but none of those problems I seem to have. The only one I might have is whether or not my mail server (Exchange) is able to send mail without authentication. I don't know what kind of authentication this means...
