Problem Installing Client on XP

When trying to install the client on XP Pro, I get the following error:




Error extracting support files:




Interface not registered.






Any ideas?

Never seen those error messages during an install, so here are some guesses...




First, what version of the client? Are you using 5.5 or 5.6?




Are you installing as a local or domain administrator?




Have you installed the latest Windows Installer? Search for *msi.exe on MS' site...




Oh yeah...does your copy of the client installer work on other machines/OSes?
