lafong Posted April 10, 2002 Report Share Posted April 10, 2002 I am running Retrospect Server 5.6 with an Ecrix Autopak autoloader. It worked fine for awhile, but now Backup Server does not recognize the proper tape when it's loaded. I can do a manual load of a tape, or a manual scan of all the slots, and the tape labels are properly recognized every time. But Backup Server does not recognize the tape at script runtime. For instance, if it wants, say, Tape 1, it will load it up, not recognize it, then load all the other slots attempting to find it, then come up with a dialog asking for Tape 1. Whereupon I can load Tape 1 manually in the dialog, and off goes the backup. Ideas? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
