Install Error

Ok, I've used retrospect on workstations and have been very impressed with the value and performance. I thought I would give it a try at the server (NT 4.0 sp6a fully patched stand alone) level. I downloaded the server trial, (logged in as administrator) and proceeded to launch the install. I received the following error :

Retrospect 5.6 Installer Error

1: Failed to install ISKernel Files.

Make sure you have appropriate privileges on this machine.

The the installation fails.

As I've said, I'm logged in as administrator have actually created new accounts with every privilege available and still receive this same error. Any Ideas?

Thanks,

Joe
