laptop/ desktop compatibility

Recommended Posts

I've been using retrospect with my desktop, a 10.3.x g4 Imac.

I also have an ibook, which I hadn't been backing up, but which has become the repository of all our quicken / financial data. Do I need to buy a new copy of retrospect, or does my license allow me to install the same copy of retrospect on my laptop as well?

(Then I would have to FIND my original retrospect cd . . . )

You are legally allowed to install Retrospect onto one computer. Depending on which edition you're running, you can install the Retrospect client onto the ibook and back it up through the network. You can download the latest installers from http://www.dantz.com/updates
