can't browse or back up client

Hi all,

I have installed client 12.5 on a machine and it is visible from the Server console, but I cannot browse files or set a backup folder- there is no disclosure triangle next to the name of the source. I have reinstalled, uninstalled and installed again but this issue persists. Client is using a public key to auth to the server.


Client machine is a Mac running 10.11.2, client looks ok on client machine.


Any help would be appreciated
